About the winery
Tenuta Papale is an agricultural company that has been dedicating itself with passion to the cultivation of vineyards and olive groves for over a century, trying to combine tradition and innovation, in order to obtain wine and oil with unique characteristics. The company is located in Belpasso, a small town on the slopes of Etna on the south side of the volcano, situated in the heart of eastern Sicily and within the DOC area. Our clients are at the center of our company. We have always been committed in bringing the beauties and the warmth of our land to the tables with passion, love and respect for nature, values that guide our work daily. The vineyard area is strategically distributed in terraces of volcanic rock at 750 meter in altitude. Cultivated with Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, particularly indicated for the production of young and fresh wine, but also more complex and structured blend primarily Etna Rosso.
