Serafica is located on the southern slope of the Etna volcano, an area characterized by unique soil and climatic conditions and a heritage of wine-growing biodiversity. The cultivation of the vines is linked to Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese, Carricante, Minnella, Visparola. The vineyards cultivated with the ancient sapling system, located in terrains with marked slopes, allow us to include the definition of heroic vineyards when we talk about our crops.
