About the winery
Caruso Wine wines are born thanks to the historical wine experience of the Caruso family that dates back to the early 70’s, when his grandfather, Filippo Caruso, He began to cultivate the first vineyards on the territory of Nicolosi for the production of wine for family use. The experience gained over the years was handed down to his sons, of whom Antonio in particular, In the 90s he decided to buy the first family vineyard continuing with dedication and stubbornness the work started by his father. The company Caruso currently produces Etna Doc wines only and exclusively from grapes of its own production, taking care with extreme attention to the quality of the wines to be made, thanks also to the very small size of the vineyards cultivated, where every detail is treated with the utmost dedication directly by the Caruso family, from the vineyard to the bottle.
