About the winery
Cantine di Nessuno is a newly established wine farm, to encourage a new generation, but supports its activities with the experiences gained in over 12 years with the production of excellent quality Etna wines (Outis, Gorna and MI)and bringing prestigious entrepreneurial know-how developed by the founders in areas related to energy, architecture and high-quality buildings and information technology. The vineyards are located in one of the most beautiful places of the Etna park, an area dotted with steep eruptive cones off looking directly at the sea. We are on the south-east side of Etna, about 12 km from Catania, in the municipality of Trecastagni, in Monte Ilice and Carpene, at an altitude that varies between 700 and 900 meters. A very particular microclimate, unique for the high temperature gradient day - night (in the spring-summer period it has temperature ranges up to 30 years) and for the sandy volcanic soil, particularly draining and rich in minerals with subacid reaction.
