About the winery
Located on the north side of Etna, at an altitude of 700 meters, in Randazzo (CT) in the district of Calderara, in the heart of DOC Etna. For us, Vini Di Francesco, the respect for nature is total, we use only environmentally friendly products and natural mulches that protect the soil from the heat of summer. We make green manure to provide organic substance and keep the soil fertile and alive. The harvest, usually in October, is done by hand after that in the previous weeks a careful selection is made that leaves only 8 bunches per plant.
