About the winery
We’re always looking towards the Mediterranean horizon, but our shoulders are well covered by the Volcano. Terra Costantino is a family winery with 40 years long history, which allowed us to deeply understand the uniqueness of this terroir. We decided to represent it through an organic farming, faithful to the practices and to the culture of ancestral winemakers, from the terraces to the head-trained vines. We only cultivate the local varieties to remain as closer as possible to the essence of Etna. We’ve been the first winery on Etna to obtain in 2000 the organic certification. But, producing our wines by organically cultivating our vineyards is not enough for us to be sustainable. This is why we decided to implement a series of sustainability actions that involve our work all over the year. We are in the heart of Etna DOC, an appellation that protects the specific products of an area that is deeply different from the rest of Sicily.
