About the winery
The Monterosso Agricultural Company was born from the idea of three friends united by their love for their land: Aurelio Marconi, Giovanni Ferlito, and Gianluca Strano. The vineyard enjoys a unique panorama; from the terraces that testify to extreme viticulture, you can indeed admire an incredible 360-degree view, ranging from the Ionian Sea to the central crater of Mount Etna, passing through the volcanic cones of the Southeast. The philosophy that inspires the work in the vineyard is simple: a return to traditions, respect for nature, and creative innovation. The rediscovery of the spiritual bond that connected our ancestors to the land has allowed the recovery of the vines on the ancient volcanic cone. Today, organic farming practices enable the wine to fully express the terroir of a one-of-a-kind crater.
