About the winery
The Enò-Trio Company (Puglisi Estate) covers approximately 4 hectares in total, including 3 hectares of vineyards and the remaining part as an olive grove. The involved lands are distributed across four districts, located in three different municipalities (Randazzo, Bronte, and Maletto), all situated on the slopes of Mount Etna, on the North and Northwest sides, at altitudes ranging from 650 meters above sea level to 1100 meters above sea level. The vine represents the highest expression of the life cycle of every living being. Only by following it day by day through the various stages of growth do we realize how important it is to cater to its needs, to know how to listen to its demands, and to understand how to act.
