About the winery
We have chosen to concentrate in the most suitable areas of Etna and Passopisciaro in particular. The vineyards of Cantine Valenti fall in the districts of Guardiola, Santo Spirito, Arcuria, Bonanno, Pietramarina, Corvo: six different lands, each with its own peculiarities, determining to create such characteristic wines. The unique combination of altitude, exposure and climate, together with the characteristic temperature variations of Etna and soils rich in organoleptic substances, create the perfect condition for the production of structured, aromatic, high quality wines.
